If you’re a Halo fan like me, you’re probably all-out anticipating the new Halo: Reach, which is slated to be released later this year in September. However, if you just can’t wait to get your hands on the new game, you can put your fingers to play with Halo Reach Beta.
How to get Halo Reach Beta
The Halo Reach Beta was officially released Monday, May 3, and thousands of fans are wondering exactly how to get their hands on it. Well, listen up, Halo fans, because here is how to go about it.
First off, you will need to have an Xbox with Xbox live and an original copy of Halo ODST. According to a recent article posted on the Money Blog, it says you can get a “real” copy of the Halo Reach Beta with the Halo ODST package. It did note, however, that although a Halo Reach Beta download may be available, those copies are certainly not legal. Boy do I love indirect suggestions!

Secondly, once you have a copy of Halo Reach Beta, you are going to have to find out how to play it. And that’s where the code comes in. Gamers without a code were initially blocked from playing Halo Reach Beta. However, if you happen to have a code from Bungie, Microsoft, or one of the many websites offering them, you can easily slip into the Halo Reach Beta servers.
Halo: Reach – what’s new with Halo?
Well, I really don’t know… yet. All I know is, like many others, I’ve been anticipating Halo: Reach since last year and just found out about Halo Reach Beta a couple days ago. I will be updating this post once I get the chance to actually play it, but till then, I know as much as you do. But if you already got your hands heated with Halo Reach Beta – please! – tell me how it went.
